Kova Sports is a baseball training facility in Alvarado led by former and current professional players, focused on throwing and exit velocity, hitting mechanics, and strength and conditioning with HitTrax and app-based programming. Its offerings are memberships and ongoing programs rather than camp weeks: a youth program for ages 7-12, a middle-school velocity program for 12-14 year olds, high-school hitting and throwing tracks, pitching assessments, and Kova Teams. No summer camp program appears on the site.

We are really pleased with the level of coaching our daughter receives from Coach Hope and my teenage girl responds very well. Any dad or mom for that matter can relate to teenage girls!! lol. All kidding aside the facility is great and we are seeing steady improvement in our kiddos hitting. She as also taken a pitching lesson with Coach Debbie who is also fabulous. The only reason we do not also do full time lessons with Debbie is she currently takes lessons with another coach. If it wasn’t for that we would be at the facility 3 night a week. Top notch place and coaches.
