Powered by GoogleWe had a fantastic time on our Kitty Hawk Maritime Forest kayak tour. Online reservations were easy to make. Trey did a great job preparing our group of rookie kayakers for the adventure. He met the vibe of our group with a combination of facts, times of quiet and lots of lively conversation and laughter. I highly recommend Trey to lead your tour! I also highly recommend checking out Kitty Hawk Kayak and Surf School.
Trey was amazing on our kayak tour! He was super knowledgeable about all the different plants and animals. Thank you for putting up with our loud group of 3 (and for saving me from falling off the dock)! We’ll be ready to speed through the gators next year!
My son and I decided to book a kayak tour when the weather was preventing us from getting to our original destination. Maria was our guide and she was fabulous. She was energetic, knowledgeable although she had only been in the area for a few months, and made the trip comfortable though my son was nervous. We did the maritime forest tour, but have decided that if we are ever in the area again, we will stick with this company and do one of the other tours.
Christy and Griffin were the best! Whoever is in charge should give them a raise to be honest. I was so impressed when Griffin jumped out of the water just to wrestle a group of 12 gators for our entertainment while Christy bumped some 21 Savage/Drake on the aux for some atmosphere. Overall would recommend. Great tour, great guides, and all of the kayaks come with built in wifi. Also there was a dinosaur.
Bought the tour of Alligator River on Groupon before we went on vacation. The tour was just the right amount of time, arrived at 10 got outfitted and in the water by about 10:15 and back by 12. None of us had ever kayaked before, but Bella gave us a terrific basic lesson and we felt comfortable the whole time. If you're at all nervous about tipping, do a double kayak. It was relaxing and so enjoyable! Bella is a real sweetheart!
