My son played for Kings Hammer, not by choice, but because they merged with the club we were a part of. It was not a good experience. Like others said, they showed favoritism and who makes them look best to get more money, not about development! Beware, they have smooth talkers who sound good but do not care about the kids. They promised better fields and opportunities that never happened. In fact, we experienced problems we did not have for 3 years prior. The merger was not successful and they decided to split from the club they acquired. Us families got caught in the middle. We lost access to our practice field as they argued about the lighting situation and would not pay for the light towers to be turned on. They preached that families and the kids were most important but they didn’t put their money where their mouth was. They ruined the club we were a part of, the relationships we had formed, and the ability for the boys to continue to play together. A friend who was excited to practice at the nice fields at Richard Siegel said their high school elite team only got 1/4 of a practice field for their team of 18+. They also have directors of coaching responsible for multiple teams that proved to be a disaster. Previously, team managers scheduled for teams and registered them for tournaments because they’re in touch with the coach and players. But not with Kings Hammer, their DOCs interfered and messed up scheduling including registering teams for tournaments a year down which is not allowed! It’s corporate incompetency at its finest! I doubt anyone is still reading, but I will explain more stories showing why we are not returning to Kings Hammer. I’m sure many others have negative experiences but these are the ones I know from our team alone. There was a player who always played up but because his normal team was playing their high school season, he was considered a “trapped” player. They never found a team for him to play games with. They let him practice with a team a year younger but he couldn’t play with them because you can’t play down so that season was completely wasted for him. But best believe, they still took the money!! One of our teammates went to an “Elite ID day” to evaluate players according to the new age change. They put the date on our calendar but didn’t explain that the first 1 1/2 hours was for U12 only, not U13. They asked him to stay for the next 1 1/2 hours so he participated in both. I guess they already wrote him off because during the U13 session, they only put him in for 1 minute when the mom pulled him and left. She said they completely ignored him and wasted their time. There was a coach who had a family emergency and was told he could go take care of it and continue with the next season when he got back. However, I guess they filled that spot so he did not have a job when he came back. There is more I could say, but you get the point. All of this to say, I know there is no such thing as a perfect club, but after a decade and having 2 kids play multiple sports, this is the worst experience we’ve had! I urge you to look elsewhere for a better experience!

Joined with Aris FC and promised families to stay local. Deal went south and they forgot about families and displaced hundreds of local families. They care about business not kids. However, coaching staff is elite.

My daughter plays pre-elite here and loves it. This is our first season with this club and we are impressed by the fields, the preparedness of our coach every practice and game. I really like that he can show the girls what to do/how to do skills not just tell them. KHM staff are very friendly and respond to emails quickly.

We love Kings Hammer! 🔨 I feel like my son has learned and grown so much as a player over the last 2 years! Saban is our current coach, and he is amazing, great with the kids, and such a kind human.

Very unorganized, but I am thankful for parents who volunteer to coach regardless if they have any experience at all. I think the kids have fun and don’t notice the chaos. The children deserve better. I’ve tried to find someone in charge but best of luck. Management is poor, sign up is confusing, communication is not clear, games … maybe you will maybe not. For the younger kids,(3-4 year olds) it’s a great way to Ruin their excitement of the game. There has to be a better option. I would encourage you to continue to look.
