We were very happy with the level of care our daughter received while attending KRK in China Spring. From class room teachers, to office coordinators, to directors, everyone was warm and welcoming and eager to help us with anything along the way. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for childcare in the China Spring area.

Best place for my school-aged daughter to be for this past summer. She learned so much and they provided memorable experiences that will last us a lifetime. The staff is great with communication and friendly. I would definitely recommend Kids R Kids in China Spring, they are the best.

I was not happy with things at the China Spring location. I know that it’s a new location and there are hiccups, and this is just my experience. There was a problem with keeping teachers. My son would have multiple ones throughout the day instead of morning, and afternoon teachers. I didn’t like that due to this, my son got mixed in with older kids in the big kids room in the back. I even talked to the center director on these issues and she told me they would stop doing that. That lasted a week and they went right back. Also, there were numerous occasions I would go in to pick my son up and a child had soiled himself and you could smell it as soon as you walked in. One time, it was my son, and I could smell it as soon as I got close to him…there was NO way the teachers couldn’t. They just didn’t want to deal with it. I got him home and cleaned him up and he apparently had been sitting in it long enough for it to be mostly dry. For what we pay each week, this is absolutely unacceptable care. I want to say there were NO issues at the Woodway location, and my son was well loved, and we loved the teachers. I DO recommend the Woodway location.

We really wanted to like this place! We ended up pulling our 4 month old out after only 2.5 weeks. There were a few things that caught our attention, but the last straw was when we went to pick our kid up and he had another child's pacifier in his mouth. It was really unfortunate. The staff and teachers were always nice and polite, but for $370/week we expected better care.

My school-aged child has done summer camp at woodway location and after-school care at China Spring location. I value the communication with not just the teachers but also the admin staff and directors. You know you’ve found a good place when your kid gets upset about going home! We love Kids R Kids and will continue to use them for our childcare needs for as long as we can. Highly recommend.
