K.E.E.P. (Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program) is a Sedona nonprofit running after-school classes at Sedona Charter School that blend martial arts, self-defense, fitness, mindfulness and empowerment lessons, held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm. In summer it runs two camps through Sedona Parks & Recreation: a martial arts summer camp and a sports camp covering soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball and floor hockey. Founder and head instructor Ollie Barre has over 20 years coaching kids in fitness, yoga, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and self-defense.
