Admission tickets for adults $30, children over 3 $10 and what for the concessions are awful and way overpriced but you here all day and you can’t bring anything in (even for small kids or elderly) so your forced to pay for something that you must eat on your 7 min break but not inside. What??? Out of my 40 yrs of going to competitions I have never seen a spectacle like this. It’s not about the girls competing it’s about lining their pockets. Today’s economy is tight on everyone why take it out on our children?! -Truly Disgusted
★Anna ClineI had a really disappointing experience with Kennedale Performing Arts Center. Ticket prices are already high, but the snack food is also overpriced — and to make matters worse, you’re not even allowed to eat it while watching the performances. It feels unreasonable to charge those prices when you can’t actually enjoy the concessions during the show. Parking is another major issue. During busy events there is essentially no available parking near the venue, and many people end up having to park all the way on the other side of the high school and walk over. For families attending performances, especially with kids, that’s frustrating and poorly managed. What bothered me the most is that even though I paid a registration fee for my child to perform, it didn’t include any tickets for parents. Having to pay full price just to watch your own child perform after already paying a registration fee feels excessive. Overall, the experience felt overpriced and poorly organized. I expected a more family-friendly setup for a performance, but instead it felt like everything was designed to charge extra at every step.
