Unfortunately, we arrived to find that we had the wrong performance time based on the information listed in their Band app. I reached out immediately for clarification but did not receive a response, and later noticed that the time had been updated and my message deleted. We reached out again expressing our disappointment and requesting cancellation but heard nothing back at all. The coldness and lack of communication and follow-up was very frustrating. In our experience, the customer service has been extremely poor.
