STEAM summer camps in 3D printing, game design, CNC milling, robotics and coding at Juice Works 3D, a digital-fabrication education center in Harrisonburg founded in 2021. Camps are offered for ages 8 and up, structured in weekly blocks that can pair a morning subject with an afternoon one (for example 3D printing in the morning and game design in the afternoon), alongside monthly clubs and private classes. Programs are designed to be accessible to neurodivergent learners, and the organization also runs mobile programming across the Shenandoah Valley.

Our son took the game design courses and loved them! He left the classes with new skills that allow him to continue exploring his interests. Thank you to Andrei and his teacher, Alejandro, for a great experience!

We found out about Juice Works after hearing about them in the local news and immediately contacted Andrei for information. From the beginning, the staff at Juice Works have been absolutely amazing. This has been such a blessing for our son who is an adult with Autism. He has the opportunity to learn about Milling, Game design, 3D printing and Robotics at his own pace with guidance from the coaches. Our sons experience has been positive and encouraging. Andrei, continues to offer new opportunities for additional learning.

We love JuiceWorks 3D for our son. It’s a safe, clean, academic environment for him to pursue his interests with experts in the field. We love the monthly membership option and the hours work for our family. Andre is a great guy who hires great staff members and is well connected within our community. He cares about other business owners too since he and his wife both own thriving businesses. The manufactury collective is a great workspace too. I often do my own work while my child is working on his new pack.

My wife and I signed our 10 yo daughter up for the Juice WOrks 3d CNC Milling camp in Staunton for her spring break. Words can't express how appreciative and impressed we've been with the experience and its impact on our daughter. At the start, our daughter was not super enthusiastic about the prospect of "woodworking", however after the second day, she couldn't wait to get up in the morning on her break from school to attend the class! Andrei Dacko is incredibly professional yet engaging. He has done a fantastic job using the 3d projects and milling to draw out our daughter's strengths in math and design, and has really done a great job encouraging her to take pride in her work. Within moments of stepping into the classroom, I could tell Mr. Dacko's infectious positive attitude has encouraged the students as he expertly uses 3d computers to balance math and science with art and design. Whether your kid is a left-brain or right-brain thinker, I highly recommend Juice Works 3d's camps to any parent considering school-break activities!

My children really enjoyed their CNC Milling camp. I’m grateful that Juice Works 3D provides such a great learning opportunity that is close to home. Everything is well organized and very professional. It is clear that Andrei is an enthusiastic educator that is excited about teaching and empowering children.
