Summer day camp at the Jorgensen Family YMCA on Aboite Center Road in Fort Wayne, running June 1 to July 31 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with free before-care starting at 6:00 am and after-care until 6:00 pm. Alongside traditional camp weeks the branch runs specialty options including sports camp, cheer camp and art camps. Fees are about $185 a week for Y members and $230 for program participants.

★★★Lucinda CrawfordI’ve been coming to the YMCA for a long time and I have a quite large family. a lot time we feel unwelcome and new rules appear every single visit. It’s challenging to connect with some of the staff. My boys love the YMCA but it’s never a peaceful visit.
★★★★Connor ShultzI love going here to workout. Everything is well maintained and taken care of, the pool is really nice and the steam room is refreshing. The workers are always greeting me when I leave and come in and its always an amazing experience. I wish the workout equipment was more up to date like some of the other locations. But for what they have they are pretty good. The floors were redone a year ago and are still super nice. The child watch also does a really good job with my kid and he is always excited to come back and play
★★★Runner3574The high schoolers that are going here after school are becoming too much to deal with. I never have any problems when I go before work or even at 5 pm. But when all those kids are there after school it is ridiculous. They stand in the middle of the floor in crowds of 10-15 blocking people’s way. They’re loud and disrespectful. They hog all the machines but don’t use them, half the time they are just standing there talking. They have no consideration for others at the gym. They leave weights on racks or just tossed around on the floor for someone to trip on. I witnessed a staff go up to them MULTIPLE times today and try to get them to behave and they were disrespectful towards him. Management needs to do something about this. If they can’t behave in a gym and treat the equipment and others with respect then they should not be allowed to be on the weightlifting floors.
★★James M2 Stars is generous. This facility seems to always have something not working. The whirlpool has been broken for well over a month and if the repairs follow the same schedule as the swimsuit spinner in the locker room, the whirlpool may be fixed by 2027. Membership is not cheap for those who do not get "subsidized" and hours aren't the best. If you hope to go swim on your day off, good luck, the facility may be closed. Of course if you want to pay even more, you can get gym access when closed, but that doesn't help if you want/need to swim.
★★★★★Trisha Hopkins😍Love this YMCA! ☝🏾Especially the ☀️outdoor water park💦 that has huge 🏊🏽♀️ pools, a wading pool with water 🤿 activities for smaller children, a 🌊cyclone/spinning pool, and a 🛝waterslide. Indoors their are many areas for the kids to venture to like: rock 🧗♂️ climbing, playground with tunnels and a slide, air hockey 🥌 table, indoor 🏊🏾 pool and even a daycare! Great place to take the kids for the day. So happy WE have a family YMCA pass! 😉😎
