The Friedman JCC's day camp, the largest and longest-running day camp in northeastern PA, for kids ages 5-13, held at the Kingston campus (serving the Dallas/Wyoming Valley area). Days run 9am-4pm (before/after care available) with recreation, activities, and field trips to spots like local parks, aquariums, and waterparks.

Facilities are excellent from the dining hall to the huge huge multipurpose gym to the Nature Shack to the well cared for and numerous athletic fields. JCC camp is a gem rarely found so close to the city.

It's also the longest operating - created in the 1930's, in part to give at least one hot meal to children during the Depression.
