Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's Mountain Sports School teaches kids ages 3 to 14 to ski and snowboard in group lessons, private lessons and multiweek seasonal programs. The youngest kids meet for lessons at the Kids Ranch in the Cody House, at the base of the mountain in Teton Village, Wyoming. Older kids start at Solitude Station, the school's home up the Sweetwater Gondola. A Kids' Adventure Map leads young skiers and riders to kid-only trails, where they check off each spot and collect stickers.

My son and I rented mountain bikes today from JH Sports and want to brag about one of the best parts of the day….Maddie! She helped us get our gear with a super cheerful smile and helpful attitude the whole time. I needed a bit of extra help since my mobility isn’t the best and she jumped right in to help. Not only was she friendly, but she remembered both of our names even when we returned our bikes and gear hours later. As a business owner, this is the kind of employee any business dreams of having. Sweet, kind, helpful, and one in a million! By the way, the bike riding was OUT OF THIS WORLD also! Highly recommend to anyone considering doing it.

Good mix of runs from easy to extreme. Lift system adequately distributes the skiers and riders across the mountain. Plentiful options for food and drink across the mountain I'll maintaining sustainability

First time here and loved this mountain. Holiday weekend (MLK) but felt crowds very low and manageable. We were able to clear 35k and 40k vertical over two days so clearly didn’t wait in line much. This was probably one of the more challenging mountains I’ve ever skied at and similar to Big Sky and Whistler one you can definitely get yourself in trouble in if you’re not careful. Super close to JAC airport which really makes this a great place for a short trip.

Great mountain, lots of terrain for all levels. Like all Ikon or Epic resorts, it is pricey. Expect to spend between 150-300 dollars for a lift ticket and if you want lessons (it depends based on group lessons or private) expect between 300-a couple thousand for the day. Food is also expensive so bring some snacks.

Jackson Hole Resort is easily one of my top three favorite ski resorts and the city of Jackson itself is definitely in my top five favorite places ever! The resort has everything you could want, from beginner-friendly runs to advanced and very advanced terrain that will challenge even the best riders. I was lucky enough to snowboard down the Hobacks on a 13-inch powder day, and it was absolutely incredible pure bliss from top to bottom. The scenery, the snow, and the energy of this mountain are unmatched. If you love skiing or snowboarding, Jackson Hole is a must.
