I can’t begin to understand how this facility has five stars. It’s a fun place for birthday parties, sure, but for classes? It’s awful past the toddler years. The majority of instructors are teenagers that couldn’t care less about “instructing.” While dropping my other child off at soccer, the owner called to say that she was pulling our daughter out of the middle of class because there was an issue with payment. She had been enrolled for nearly a year without hiccup and was owed multiple makeup classes. When this was politely stated, asking if she could please finish the evening’s class while the error was corrected, I was told no. There was zero warning except for a single email - quite literally, a minute before the phone call. Fortunately, we were able to take care of it within ten minutes, I’m completely baffled by the lack of professionalism. What kind of place humiliates a child in this way? I highly recommend checking out Easton or Annapolis for a more professional center.

My grandchildren enjoyed the obstacle course, ninja climbing wall, trampoline and foam pit. My grandaughter was able to practice the gymnastics skills she is learning in her classes, while my grandsons just had lots of fun!
