Powered by GoogleI had signed up my daughter for the 18 months - 3 year group, she went one time, loved it, so we signed up our other daughter. Then we were told our payment declined a week later, so we are being charged a “NSF fee” because of that. Money was in the account, yet declined, so I have to pay for that. Literally one week into the program. I was told there was “options” for payment method when signing up, but I didn’t get any options when I signed my daughter up, so of course I entered in my routing/account number like it said for me to, and because of that I’m already charged a bs fee. She at least helped me cancel my girls, and tried to justify the “fee”, but everyone I’ve talked to is surprised that I’m already getting charged a fee one week into this. So we will be going elsewhere, plus the other gymnastics place is cheaper for siblings anyway. So no biggie, but just thought I should share their “Nsf fee” that way no one else has to deal with that, and know that there is supposedly other payment options. When I manually pay it works, but not when it pulls it from your account. Just thought other people should know. In response to your comment. I never stated it went through, but I did tell you multiple times that the funds were in my account, yet you ignored that part, and continuously explained the nsf fee. I didn’t understand why funds were in my bank account, yet I was being charged a fee. I was never given payment options until after you gave me the nsf fee.
This is the 3rd gym my family has been to in the Tri-Cities and the first one that truly feels like a family and one in which my gymnasts (Ninja to Tumbling 2) are fully supported by their coaches. The gym is open and clean too.
Our daughter is new to Invictus, but is loving her tumbling class so much! They have such a clean and welcoming facility- they’re all so nice!
