Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleI never leave negative reviews, but after attempting to handle this matter privately for weeks, I’ve received no response. I had a birthday party for my daughter here and the space was good. However, I would not recommend it. It’s dirty and the staff was not helpful. Below is the email I have sent twice with no response: “I’m feeling very disappointed with the cleanliness of the building. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Multiple times my one year old picked up and put super dirty clumps in her mouth. There were bloody bandaids in the foam pit. When I told the gals working they responded with “yeah, they need to clean that:” as if they have been told that before. The foam pit left pieces and particles all over the kids. We have done birthday parties at other gymnastic locations and they were all vacuumed beforehand. I’m not one to complain, but I had multiple parents point out how dirty things were- which is embarrassing as the hosting parent. But they were just looking out for the safety of their children. I also feel the staff had little to no involvement. I had no guidance on when it was time to switch over from the gym time to upstairs so we just made the call. None of my guests received the goodie bags because nobody knew about them. I noticed the party before me had that same experience.. I’m just feeling really dissatisfied with the experience. I’m not sure if we were just to rent out the building, but I was under the impression there would be staff on the floor making sure kids were being safe and manning the foam pit. The only time we saw them was to clean up. The only reason I’m emailing to begin with is to ensure the safety of future children. “ Note: the email confirmation for the party says to NOT call but message them on Facebook with questions the day of. This is WRONG. They do not check their Facebook messages and the girls at the front said we could have called. Overall, I would recommend the other gymnastics places in town. They are clean, helpful, and actually communicate.
Great place for a birthday party! We have been to the majority of gymnastics locations for parties and this is my favorite. It was very laid back and had a nice seating area for the adults to eat and watch the kids. The only thing that would make it better would be some music playing for the kids.
I attended a birthday party today and the party description is not what was provided. Yes, they provided table cloths and cups. Yes, two people were on staff, but they did not provide favors, they did not greet guests, they did not provide any guidance/ activities, and they didn’t even show the kids how to properly use the equipment (for safety reasons). They did let us use the wifi so we could play music, but I was told directly that the staff on duty were only there to make sure people were safe (which is definitely important). And the refrigerator had a sign that said ‘staff only’—there was no indication that this was available for use. For reference, the description when booking the party is pasted below. “Welcome! This party package is for up to 20 kids. It starts with one hour and 15 minutes of play on the floor and ends with 30 minutes in the party room. We provide a tablecloth, one place setting for each participating child, and treat bags for up to 20 paid participants. There is a $5 per child charge for more than 20 kids (not including the birthday kid!) at the time of the party. For the best party experience we now provide two party staff to set up the party room, greet your guests, guide your party, and do the clean up for you! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol please). There is a fridge/ freezer upstairs. We look forward to hosting your party!“
Just had a birthday party there and it went fine other than the extremely rude boys who work there. We had the gym from 2-3:45 and as we started to gather our belongings they started vacuuming. Not only that, but as i asked where to put the large empty boxes he replied "there on the table is fine, but we really need you guys to leave." I was a bit surprised at his response as we were gathering all our belonging and helping clean up. Didn't think that was ok, but just my opinion.
All American gymnastics To the pregnant woman with the cane and the woman that "runs" open gym with the new baby and the 5 yr old little boy that likes to spit on people. To say my kids are wrong for telling your 5 yr old to get away from them because hes spitting on them is ridiculous to say the least. Spitting on someone could have led to a lot worse response. Maybe he'll learn something from that. Something along the lines of "people won't like it if you spit on them" its disgusting. Since you can't do your job as a mom, or as a representative of the gym, and discipline your kid, then it falls to those around him, which happened to be my kids and their friends. 8 kids total. We had to leave early because the mom was not willing to make her child act right. We lost out on time that we paid for, and were told that since we had been there an hour they were not going to refund anything. We're talking 30 minutes worth of time. A really shoddy way of doing business. We won't be back, and we will definitely be spreading the word. I can't believe anyone would use this place for a summer camp when they can't even control their own kids.
