Powered by GoogleMy 10 year old has an hour lesson each week with Coach Thomas. The experience has been great. Thomas works with him on hitting and pitching, and we’ve seen improvement in both. He watches my son for a few minutes at the beginning of each lesson, identifies things that need to be worked on, and then adapts the lesson to focus on those things. Not a one size fits all approach. Thomas also happens to be great with kids, and my son looks forward to seeing him each week.
We cannot recommend In The Zone enough for softball training! My daughters worked with Emily for just a few sessions, and the improvement in their throwing, catching, and batting was remarkable. Emily is incredibly kind and patient, which made a world of difference in their confidence. Thanks to her expert coaching, the girls had a fantastic start to their season. If you are looking for a trainer who truly knows the game and how to connect with young athletes, Emily is the best!
Coach Will is awesome! He has been training our son on all aspects of the game, and already we’ve seen a difference. Coach Will is dedicated to developing the player and is extremely encouraging while coaching. Highly recommend!
My 12 year old daughter took 10 lessons with Coach Kelly to get ready for travel softball tryouts. Coach Kelly is a great pitching and hitting coach both technically and personally. She shared many stories and experiences with my daughter that really helped her in her journey. I’d recommend Coach Kelly wholeheartedly!
As someone who actually played here, I can confirm it’s more smoke and mirrors than development. The owner is far more concerned about keeping the money flowing than putting together a real team. I saw plenty of guys who had no business playing travel baseball welcomed in, because their money was as green as ours. It drags down the entire experience for those of us with ambitions of advancing further. We’d show up for practices or games, and half the time nobody would even know if we had the field. It’s embarrassing having to scramble at the last minute every other week. Nothing is consistent. Every coach does whatever they want, so you never really know what to expect from practice to practice or team to team. There’s no system, no structure, and no accountability, which makes actual player development nearly impossible. The latest “ITZ REACH” hype is just a cover for their lack of real growth, they lost their original facility because numbers are dropping fast. Now coaches are stretched thin, spread across multiple locations with no clear plan. Their social media has also taken the backseat recently. No real highlights or recognition. Just AI generated slop and a “Tip of the day”. The last post that featured a player didn’t even mention the kids name! Need more proof? Take a look at their most recent Google reviews, most of them are paid or fake. The accounts leaving 5 star glowing reviews are brand new with no profile pictures or review history. It’s clearly damage control to hide real complaints. Players deserve better, families deserve honesty, and coaches deserve leadership. Until that changes, this place will continue to fail the kids who trusted it.
