Camp Hippodrome is a free summer program from the nonprofit Hippodrome Foundation, giving Baltimore City students professional performing-arts instruction at the historic Hippodrome Theatre. The week-long camp for rising 6th–8th graders covers theater, dance, music, and vocals and culminates in a performance on the Hippodrome stage.

★★★★Courtney ShafferIt is gorgeous inside and was a great place to have UMMCs nursing school graduation. The seats were a little small and very tightly packed but the ambiance was great. I wish they would have allowed us to stay inside a little while longer after graduation but we were promptly ushered outside to take photos and celebrate afterward on the sidewalk in the cold.
