Heritage Hills Athletic Club runs Kidz Camp, a summer day camp in York, PA for children about ages 5–12 (Cub Camp 5–12, Kidz Camp 6–12). Campers rotate through daily themed activities and science experiments plus weekly sports enrichment — volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, golf, field hockey, lacrosse, football and more — led by cleared, trained staff. Families can enroll for the full summer, individual weeks, a five-day pass or single days.

Heritage Hills has state of the art equipment, cardio and weightlifting gear, competition-style benches, and a wide selection of dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. Everyone was friendly and the gym is clean, safe and well maintainted. Yoga classes with Anne were wonderful as well! I would easily recommend this gym and will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
