I cannot say enough good things about Hawthorn! The staff and teachers have been so wonderful. Our baby daughter has so much fun and loves every one of her teachers. They keep her busy with lots of fun (and educational) activities! Communication is great, and the teachers take such attentive care of every kid. Even the administrative staff is super involved caring.

We are so glad we found hawthorn Academy! Hawthorn is very warm, friendly and has taken care of our twins the last few months. We have seen significant improvement in their development, both cognitively and developmentally. Under hawthorns expert care, they eat well, sleep well and seem to be genuinely happy to be there. As first time parents, it was extremely important for us to find a childcare where we can trust our little ones to capable hands. We feel lucky to have found hawthorn. If you're looking for a daycare, look no further than Hawthorn Academy on Snouffer Road! The teachers and management staff have been awesome from day 1 with communication, professionalism, and kindness. If we've ever had any questions or concerns, they were immediately addressed (even if I had questions outside of business hours). One of my favorite parts of Hawthorn is that it isn't just a daycare, it is a learning center as well! I am blown away weekly by what my toddler and infant are learning in their respective classes! The app that Hawthorn uses is an awesome tool for communicating with parents throughout the day with photos, messages, and notes about diaper changes, meals, and activities. You can communicate with your child's teachers directly through the app, which is awesome! Hawthorn worked with us to help potty train our toddler also, and it was so helpful to have them working on it at daycare! We love Hawthorn Academy :)

My experience at Hawthorn Academy has been nothing but positive. My now three year old son had been in an in home daycare setting prior to starting at Hawthorn, and my daughter had been struggling with bottles before I returned to work, so I was nervous about the transition to daycare. Both of my children have been well taken care of and are thriving. My son learns so much and impresses me with his new knowledge and skills everyday. He has so much fun and can’t wait to go back to school! My daughter is growing and changing quickly, they have been very supportive during all of her new milestones. There have been minimal concerns on my part, but anything is easily addressed by the teachers and administrative staff that are all kind, professional, and approachable. The staff members love my children and the feeling is mutual from my kids. Hawthorn is competitively priced, has flexible scheduling for part time, and conveniently opens early and stays open late for people that don’t have a traditional 9-5 job. I highly recommend Hawthorn Academy!

We love Hawthorn! We toured many other child care centers in the area and Hawthorn has the best rates. What we love most about Hawthorn is their amazing teachers and staff. The teachers genuinely care about my child. When every teacher is saying hello to my child (by name) and he is running up and giving teachers hugs I know he is loved and in good hands. It is not a revolving door of new staff which is really great. The teachers do a great job communicating and creating trust with us and our son. The office staff is highly approachable and have always been available to answer any questions or concerns. Our child has been attending Hawthorn for almost 2 years and we really couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. The teachers and staff are really what makes this center great!
