We've been at a number of daycares due to moving and travel. We've been here since Aug 2025, after being much more impressed with this center after Ms Carma became director. Staffing has been more consistent than many centers and the teachers in each child's room have been wonderful. Things are organized, clean, and any concerns are proactively and quickly addressed. This is a well-run center full of kind and experienced staff with support. We've had our share of struggles as the kiddos grow and it's amazing to have teachers who can partner in working through a bad day here and there.

The teachers at this center are truly wonderful and are the primary reason we stayed as long as we did. Unfortunately, the management under Center Director Miss Carma is deeply concerning. We experienced ongoing issues with professionalism—including an instance where she referred to my neurotypical child as autistic—frequent operational disorganization, and a facility that appears to be in disrepair. The front desk is often unattended, and drop-off procedures are inconsistent, with families regularly being directed to different classrooms in the mornings. Additionally, multiple staff members have privately shared concerning information about what occurs behind the scenes, which raised further red flags for us. We reported these serious concerns regarding management and safety to KinderCare corporate, but no meaningful action appears to have been taken. We have since been able to leave, but felt it was important to share our experience to help inform other families.

We have been with Kindercare since the pandemic (2020). We have been through about 4 center directors since we have started and nothing has been perfect. No daycare will ever be. However, since Carma abruptly took over a few months ago, the center is changing for the better. She cares about the kids, addresses them all by name when they come/go, is very personable and truly cares about the children and their families. She is such a positive and bright light and really is making changes for the better. We have been very happy since we switched back there in the spring from another daycare. We are very happy and are grateful for all she is doing to make things better for the center. Do not let any negative reviews fool you. That was the past with inconsistent directors and before Carma came in to clean up the mess. We are so grateful for her.

My daughter has been attending Hampton Cove KinderCare since October 2022. They are extremely communicative regarding curriculum, activities, announcements, and reminders. They are great about making parents aware of any circulating viruses. This transparency is extremely helpful so we can keep an eye out for symptoms or keep our child home if we choose. The schedule they've developed for the kids has maintained consistent and reliable throughout our time with KinderCare. They provide yummy and healthy breakfast/lunch/2 snacks throughout the day. Each teacher our daughter has had over the years has shown nothing but the utmost love for each of these kids. We couldn't say enough positive things about the sweet women that pour into these kids. Best of all, and the most important to me, is that my daughter is EXCITED to go to daycare. She is disappointed if she can't go and play with her friends. As a mom of a small toddler, it's such a relief knowing that even though my daughter can't communicate with me about her day, I know her experience at daycare is so positive that she looks forward to going back everyday. I highly recommend this daycare and the amazing women behind the scenes. They are truly a blessing to our family, and we couldn't do what we do without them.
