H2 lacrosse has been incredible for both my son and daughter. The coaches at H2 truly care about the kids and helping to develop them as players. They are so knowledgable about lacrosse but they also really understand how to develop young athletes. They spend the time to help my kids gain confidence in a skill and then put it into practice. The small groups help to give my kids so much time with the coaches and so much action on the field. I love how much they can pack into each session. Besides learning and practicing the skills they are doing conditioning which is essential for any athlete. My kids leave each session full of sweat with more motivation, knowledge about lacrosse, and a smile on their faces. Thank you!
