We joined Guidepost CWE beginning of this year. As a mom that’s struggling massively with postpartum anxiety, I am finally at ease (which takes A LOT I swear lol). My 1 year old is in one of their Nido classrooms & 3 year old in Childrens house. Both their guides Ms.Katie & Ms.Kennedy are phenomenal. As well are all assistant guides Ms.Priyanka Ms.Unique & Mr.Gabriel - so much experience & all communicative & assuring every step of the way. Management : Ms.Becky, Madeline, Stephanie are simply family to us with how welcoming kind & amazing they have been. My 1 year old has a gross motor delay & some health concerns & the team has been going above and beyond to aid in helping her progress & succeed. The difference since starting is remarkable & truly warms my heart. My 3 year olds tantrums have improved so much as well as her independence. We have not had the greatest experiences with childcare since moving here from NY, so I can finally feel confident recommending this daycare to anyone. Another important note is this guidepost doesn’t lie about following Montessori curriculum! I have toured many others that claim to do so and clearly don’t. Excited for what’s to come !

My 4 year old son is in Ms. Katie's Children's House 10, and I have loved watching how much he has learned and grown here. His interest in food prep and cooking at home has exploded! He begs us to buy potatos so he can make home made French fries, which she taught him how to do in class, every time we grocery shop. He requests to help wash the dishes at home most nights, because that is one of his favorite things to do in his classroom. It has truly been such a joy to watch the things that really spark his individual interest in class.

Everyone I've met -- from the leadership to part-time childcare specialists -- has been helpful and kind, and always puts the safety and well-being of my child first. I get clear and frequent communication about the school and my child's experience, and (as opposed to other daycares we have taken our children to) there has been great continuity in terms of whom my child is interacting with each day. Ms Stephanie has been wonderful in helping my son, and an example of the individualized care offered by Guidepost's approach -- despite being the smallest in his age group, he has blossomed in the Young Toddler class, and I can't wait to see what he gets up to next!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our 3-month-old baby receives at this daycare. As new parents, it was hard to trust anyone else with our little one, but the staff made the transition so smooth. They are gentle, patient, and very attentive to every detail — from feeding and naps to making sure our baby feels comforted and secure. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our baby is in loving and capable hands. A special thank-you to Ms. Destiny, Ms. Rohini, Ms. Talya and Ms. Harshani, who has shown incredible care for our baby.

We enrolled our twin girls at Guidepost Montessori at Central West End when they were just 4 months old. They were so tiny, and we were nervous about leaving them for the first time. But from the very beginning, the staff made us feel at ease—their warmth and care for our babies was immediately clear. Now at 7 months, our daughters light up with big smiles every single morning when we drop them off. It’s clear they love their time there! Beyond providing excellent care, the guides are actively supporting their development—helping them learn to roll, sit, explore solid foods, and more. As full-time working parents, we deeply appreciate the love and intention that goes into helping our girls grow, especially during the weekdays when our time is limited. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Destiny, Ms. Talya, and Ms. Rohini for the joy you bring to our daughters’ lives—and to ours!
