Powered by GoogleMy teen loves it there and can’t wait for CIT 2. Affordable and fun. Great memories. I grew up going to Redwing and wanted this experience for my kiddo.
Ive never had a rude camp counselor, the camp itself it beautiful, and there are camp options for everyone. You meet so many new people and have so much fun! There’s zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, wading in creeks etc.. All very fun
This Girl Scouts camp is wonderful. The staff are friendly. The buildings are well maintained. There are lots of things to do from archery to zip lining to wall climbing. The local council holds wonderful events for the troops that bring the girls into nature while having fun. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to support a Girl Scout camp or to camp with the options of cabins.
we came here with welcoming staff! we came on sunday to drop off our daughter. as we drove up we were immediately introduced by a counselor telling us where to park. we parked and walked up and gave the camp director and nurse our meds and got her checked in. when i picked her up she couldn’t stop talking about the welcoming staff and how nice they are! she’s so excited to come back again next summer and go zip lining. her favorite counselor was sharkbait by the pool, she can’t stop talking about the swim test and singing a song while taking a swim test. she’s so excited to come back for midnight madness!
I have been sending my daughters here for years. They absolutely love it. Their favorite activities are the climbing wall and hatchet throwing. They are so excited to see their favorite counselors again when they come back this summer.
