We have been members at multiple YMCA facilities and joined this one specifically for the small play area in the pool. It is adorable and such a great feature for small children during the colder months. Unfortunately, after two months of being a member it is NEVER opened. I’ve called to ask for the hours and came during open swim time (which is less than 2 hours in the entire day) to let my kids play and we were turned away. I’ve asked repeatedly for the appropriate time to come and shown up to find it closed. If it is open, kids only get 45 minutes to play before a mandatory 15 minute lifeguard break when everyone has to exit to pool and sit on the pool deck. It makes no sense. I don’t understand why you have such a great feature and never allow children to use it.

Great gym and fairly nice staff. They have a sauna but not a steam room. They also have a 24 hour option now at no additional cost which is pretty cool! Google asked me to update my review and it's just as good as always!
