My daughter started at golden city when she was 2. We had a great experience when we started but then wanted to add my 2 year old for a class. We went on the wait list and I checked every few weeks in office to see our status, during the older daughter’s weekly class. I was told it would be soon. When my first daughter started we received a call so I was expecting the same. I checked last night to see if we were up soon because I hadn’t heard and was told they emailed me (which I did not receive) and they removed us from the list. I have emails from golden city going back to Feb 2022. I know I did not receive this email. I was excited for my 2 year old to start and had even purchased leotards already for her. I emailed and expressed that we were upset about this and wanted it rectified as this is a terrible customer service practice. I received a call today that email is just standard practice. And wanted to argue that I received one instead of just apologizing and trying to resolve the issue. They never even attempted to verify my email and just that it was sent. She told me standard protocol is to put to the back of the list. So I choose to unenroll my oldest daughter so they can be at the same place together. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in this company that we have spent years at. I felt that just wanted to argue instead of just apologizing and resolving. After research I also see we could have been going to different gyms for years and saving money. Even still I would have loved to stay with golden city if they seemed to care about us but I didn’t feel that at all.

Wow, my little sister is forever changed because of this gym! She is in one of Coach Ava’s asteroids classes and she always comes out of class with the biggest smile on her face. She has learned so much in such a short time and has also developed better behavioral attitudes. If I could give this place a 10 I would!!!!!!

My 6yo & I are new to gymnastics. We came from a trial class at another facility after hearing such great things about Golden City. Unlike the other facility, where it seemed overcrowded, & her coach was disengaged & eager to go on her break; Coach Taylor took her time with the kids & made it fun & exciting for them. She introduced them to all the apparatuses while explaining & correcting their form. My daughter really enjoyed her class at Golden City & we’re currently 2nd in line on an enrollment waitlist to get started- a wait that will be totally worth it.

We came to Golden City from another gym. The entire experience has been amazing. The girls and parents on my daughter’s level have really welcomed us with open arms. The coaching is top notch. She has really gained new skills and confidence that will take her to the next level. The office staff is communicative and easily accessible. I would highly recommend coming and checking out this gym.
