When I came back to the desk to ask for refund they said they didn’t know the pool was closed and said they would give me a refund but they gave me voucher for only good for a few days. When I asked if I could possibly get a refund because I wouldn’t be able to return they gave me attitude and said no. They said we could use the rock wall, but the rock wall was also closed.
