Very helpful staff who answered all our questions. Tons of amazing items to see and get to assist our girls in their adventures. Was able to get the appropriate handbook, patches, vests, and some fun toys.

Can’t even begin to describe the disappointment I have with this institution. Cookie season is cut throat. No accountability. No one explained anything nor took the time to care. Let me say that in a more clear way, NO SUPPORT. NO ONE CARES. Clich-ish behavior reminiscent of high school. It appears you are expected to take this on as a full time job despite working full time. Not the business morality I want my daughter to learn. Cookie manager makes a mistake charges us for cookies already paid for online, then demands we pay for them again. Horrible experience- save yourself the stress. We should have listened when other parents in the community were voicing negative comments about the Girl Scouts.

Our family loves our local Girl Scout organization, including the store. What a constructive and optimistic way for young people and adults alike to spend their time!

Worst experience ever. There was drama amongst the moms in our troop, so we separated. We spent $150 registering and buying everything and my daughter didn’t participate in a single thing. Not to mention NO ONE ever followed up with us. What a waste of my money. Extremely disappointed in this establishment.

The Girl Scouts may be a decent organization but they are ridiculous with their rules on cookie prizes. My daughter has been going door to door as often as possible because she really wants to go to camp and has sold almost half of the total troop's cookie sales, but because she wasn't selling enough online she doesn't get the $100 prize towards her camp fee. She was heart broken today when the troop met and she found out she didn't earn the money even though she sold almost double the required amount. I will continue to support her in girl scouts but I refuse to do anything to help the organization from this point on. That's such a joke.
