My daughter has gone multiple times, and she loves it. She said the food is amazing, the cabins are great, and she had lots of fun!!!!! (She asked that I include a few extra exclamation marks in this review.)

From a camper’s perspective: ✨🏕️ Lots of pretty scenery, especially on the waterfront and Fairy Village. Food portions have really gone up this year, and the camp is very well staffed. The camp names are fun and make it way easier to remember who is who. Other reviews have mentioned the well water, but it isn’t as strong as they make it out to be. You don’t notice it after the first meal. Will be back very soon!

Many hiking trails and a huge fairy garden. We hiked down by a lake and crossed many wooden bridges over streams which always adds excitement while hiking. We love the recently added hammock village!

My child attended the Horse Camp Mini session. We have several general issues with this camp, but most importantly, if you are looking for a horse camp, this is NOT the one. They will only ride for about 25 minutes, it is not worth the additional $100 cost. General concerns are that my camper did not get enough food. Family style meals result in some campers taking too much and some campers not getting enough, this is not monitored by staff. When my camper brought this to the counselors attention they were told there was no more food. There is A LOT of down time for a camp that only lasts 48 hours. Counselors left kids to entertain themselves often. For example, an activity block is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. My camper chose Tie Dye, the staff did not assist the campers in the activity, the counselors went inside while campers were left to figure things out by themselves outdoors, and when the activity was done in 30 minutes they had over an hour of boredom. There was no real effort by the counselors to fill this time with options or fun activities. I was really hoping that my child would get a taste of camp and love it so we could sign up for the full week next year, but I absolutely do not recommend this camp and we will never return. This last note is for informational purposes only. My child was asked to put her pro-nouns on her bed roll. During introductions, the staff made a big deal to announce what their preferred pro-nouns are. Just a heads up that you may get questions about this when your camper comes home.

Went to camp Linden and I was blown away by its beauty. The tranquil setting brought a sense of peace and better understanding of how important nature is and grounding oneself. Teaching our youth about appreciating each other and the world we live in is the best lesson of all. I couldn’t think of a better camp for my children to explore and have fun at. Summer is around the corner so I’ll be recommending camp Linden to all my friends and family. Thank you GSHOM for making this camp such a fantastic place for our girls!!
