Our experience with the Georgia Elite Stallions Knockout Boyz 9U coaching staff was deeply disappointing. During the season, a defensive coach told my 9-year-old son he was “trash” and blamed him for losing a game in front of teammates. That type of language is unacceptable in youth sports and significantly impacted his confidence. After we chose not to attend a Florida trip due to the environment, we were removed from team communications and were not informed about the end-of-season banquet. My son learned about it through social media and classmates. When I asked about his trophy (which was included in paid team dues), the response was delayed and dismissive. Youth athletics should build children up — not publicly tear them down. I hope leadership takes this seriously so no other child has a similar experience. Additionally, when I inquired about his end-of-season trophy — which was covered through paid team dues like every other family — the head coach delayed responding for several days before stating he “will” receive one, as if it were discretionary. This pattern of behavior reflects: • Public humiliation of a minor • Retaliatory exclusion • Poor communication • Lack of professional youth coaching standards Youth sports should develop confidence, discipline, and resilience — not damage a child’s self-worth. I am requesting: 1. A formal written response from the Director 2. Confirmation of when Jacob’s end-of-season items will be provided 3. A copy of the organization’s coaching code of conduct 4. An explanation regarding removal from team communications I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously.

Georgia Elite Stallions Football Program is an outstanding organization. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly invested in player development—both on and off the field. They emphasize discipline, teamwork, and skill development while creating a positive and competitive environment. Very unorganized. Coaches don’t rotate players appropriately and when you have an issue no one in the organization cares or responds. Game time is constantly changing with no alert you check the app and see the time has changed greatly. It is never consistent and it has only gotten worse this second season with them. I do not recommend this particular league at all

Extremely unorganized with inaccurate information on website. Website was only updated after I mentioned the error! When I asked why we were being charged for items said to either be covered by registration fee or included in the spirit package I was called in the office and told I was in violation of the parent code of conduct and spreading dismay and there is zero tolerance! Really? Instead of saying I'm sorry I made the error, I get threatened? Never have I dealt with such a rude organization.
