Did not like the modern dress in the production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Palace Theater in Georgetown , TX as it gave a cult-like presence. Sound system excellent. Started 15 minutes late.

Yesterday we saw Frozen with our five granddaughters. It was spectacular. With such young ages we were concerned, as it’s two hours. They were mesmerized. The choreography, costumes, and voices are phenomenal. Don’t hesitate to go to this little hidden gem in Georgetown.

My wife and I had a spectacular experience at the Georgetown Palace Theatre. We went to see a showing of "In The Heights," and it did not disappoint. Everybody in the theatre was courteous and helpful. The play itself was very well done. All the actors played their roles well and they provided a phenomenonal show. This is a hidden gem in Georgetown, and we will be on the lookout for more plays/shows.

Came here for opening night of the Sound of Music show. The staff was all friendly and the seating while, tight is better than most older theaters. The upstair was pretty warm though (to be fair it was 106° out). The cast did amazing and the show was great. Happy to have come and I’m sure I’ll be back again! Come check it int

Charming vintage theatre in the heart of Georgetown. Recently saw a community theatre production of ‘Crazy For You’ here. The theatre needs some updated seating, and the ladies bathroom line was long- but they did add a They/Them bathroom that was nice to see. The show had some great dancers in it. It’s always wonderful to see communities embracing theatre.
