★Shawna Davis-ScottGenesis is great on the outside, but it's set up like a money machine and they have poor communication on the inside. I've had two terrible experiences with them. One, a trainer either was discharged or quit and no one updated me on my training status for months until I finally reached out to the trainer because it was unlike him to not hit me up for my next session. They wouldn't give me a refund at all and pushed me on another trainer. The second one was, I fell behind on fees for a couple months and had made arrangements with an employee who also was discharged or quit afterwards. Long story short the payment arrangement was not honored and I was charged an extra months fee although I stated I would not be coming back to any location with the Genesis Health Club name associated it.

★★★Amy WarnerThe gym itself is great, but the parking situation isn’t and feels unsafe. The main lot fills up quickly, and the overflow parking lot is extremely hard to navigate—especially in winter. Snow removal is incomplete, making it difficult to pull around or back up, and the dumpster blocks parts of the driving lanes. It’s frustrating and honestly makes me think twice about coming during busy times. Hopefully management addresses this soon.

Perks: - very polite, and welcoming environment/staff. Ryan was very helpful & signed me up with a promotion they had.. as well as the other trainers who were also very helpful & find certain gym equipment i needed. - clean/well structured. - big/spacious. - old school as well as some modern machines, as well as a tennis club connected to it. - they have every machine you could possibly want! (& multiple leg press machines) No complaints. 12/10. Very pleased to become a member of the Genesis fam while visiting the area frequently. I look forward to come back & get a great workout in each time.
