There is great and motivating music playing (you can add your songs too) and a variety of different equipment. Before, I did not know how all the equipments work but now I am confident to use them by myself. The coaches are really helpful and supporting! They help you to become better, push you to your limits and get the best out of yourself. I never leave a session without a laughter!
