The most beautiful place to workout. Friendly staff and not as busy as the main YMCA. Sometimes this is the only place that I get to talk to people. The respect that I get with as a disabled person with a service dog is unbelievable now. I am happy to call this my home gym out of all the YMCA on the peninsula.

What a great location to workout! Yes, I'm partial as I used to go to this gym when it was still an Army base but the building is beautiful. The equipment is in great shape and up to date. The facilities are clean. As I go early in the morning it's a great way to start the day watching the sun come up over the fort walls. If I finish early enough I go over to Lookout Beach to watch the sunrise. Oh and I forgot to mention the friendly employees who always have a smile on their face. I'm sure they have great classes but have not checked them out yet. Give this place a try I doubt you'll be disappointed. Picture is from inside the gym after I finished my workout this morning.
