Fort Lone Tree is a Christian overnight summer camp at the base of the Capitan Mountains in Capitan, New Mexico, built like an old frontier fort for children ages 8-12. High-adventure activities include horseback riding, a ropes course, two 500-foot ziplines, a giant swing, a climbing wall and a rifle range; the site also operates year-round as a retreat center for groups of all ages.

Game room, swing, zipline, obstacle course, hiking, open gym, carpet ball, hammocks, archery (which we did not do), and more! We were disappointed that we weren't able to do horse back riding!! I guess the horses hadn't been ridden recently. We'd love to come back and do the water slide also. They do family style dining. we felt there was a lot of waste doing it this way, but it was nice otherwise! They serve you and clean up! Great experience!
