Forge A.C. (Forge Athletic Club) is a youth soccer club in Colorado Springs on Hagerman Street, accommodating players from beginner to advanced across fall, winter, spring and summer. Its recreational and developmental program emphasises 3v3 and 4v4 formats, fundamentals and sportsmanship in a non-competitive setting, while advanced players compete in Colorado Soccer Association leagues, the intermediate Front Range League, and in- and out-of-state tournaments with college and professional recruitment support.

We chose forge because they focus on developing the whole child with emphasis on the love of the game. Ruby and Savannah are loving the 1V1 experiences and these are a major highlight that Forge offers in the off seasons. Kris Miller (the executive director) is phenomenal. He’s caring, available and truly cares about developing each player in the club. Ruby and Savannah both think very highly of him as well. Coach Diana coaches Savannah’s team and she is engaged, interactive and has a lot of experience. She’s been great with Savannah. Ruby’s team started out with a few hiccups but with input from Kris Miller and others jumping in to help ended with a good plan for the spring season. I appreciated the care Forge gave to improve the situation. There are several soccer clubs to choose from in Colorado Springs, but consider Forge if you want development of the whole player versus just trying to win games. Forge has a lot to offer and we appreciate our experience so far. Definitely 5 stars for us
