Forest Glen Camps & Retreats is a Christ-centered camp and retreat center in the Piney Woods of the Sam Houston National Forest near Huntsville, operating since 1974. Its day camp is a faith-based program for children in kindergarten through 6th grade with an 8:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, using a lakefront with swimming, blobs, zip lines, challenge courses and canoeing. It also hosts group and family retreats.

The cabins and facilities were either new or in good condition. There is plenty to do including hatchet throwing, archery, canoeing, crate stacking. They really work with you to make your experience great, and hold nothing back!
