Farm-based summer day camp run by the nonprofit Sierra Harvest at Food Love Farm in Nevada City, for children ages 6-11. Mornings involve farm chores, harvesting, and preparing a farm-fresh lunch; afternoons add nature crafts and games. Campers plant and harvest, feed chickens, cook and taste fresh foods, and run a mock farmers' market. Kept intentionally small, with five weekly sessions over the summer.

Powered by GoogleI’ve driven by this for years and never stopped. This year my daughter decided she wanted to be a Jr Counselor at their Summer Camp. The gardens are beautiful - with everything from fruits and vegetables to flowers and herbs. My daughter learned about the Summer Camp through community outreach through her school. I’ve also learned they have U-Pick in the Summer on Tuesdays! What a special, beautiful place!
A farm where you can pick your own. Just absolutely beautiful. Farmer Bri is so knowledgeable and wants to share it with the world. A gem in Nevada City
