I wasn’t planning on making a review, but they asked for one so here it goes. I highly recommend NOT having your birthday party at the trampoline park. It was absolute chaos. First off, besides one email asking what kind of pizza we wanted, there was absolutely no communication prior to the party. I even emailed with questions and never got an answer back. Next, the line getting in was so insane, that some people attending the party were waiting for 30 minutes before they could even jump. That’s 25% of the party time. They also did not provide water and everyone was sooo thirsty because it was so hot in there. If they had communicated and I had known there wasn’t going to be water, I 100% would have brought some. They only set the table for 15 kids and did not provide any extra plates, utensils, or cups. Again, if this had been communicated I would have had no problem bringing my own, but the party description said that all of that was provided. I asked for extras multiple times and they finally brought us 6 extra cups and 6 extra forks… definitely not enough. Overall, it was very chaotic and disorganized. Having a separate check in process for birthday party attendees would have made it much better, and maybe having some employees assigned to the parties to help out with general things (asking for water and extra utensils, etc). We will definitely not be having another birthday party here.

We had a great time at the park with our 3-yr old once we finally got in and done with the paperwork. It was our first time there so I had NO IDEA what the best options were for my husband and I and our 3yo. I had filled out the waiver online so we could be ready but the hassle and lack of information just to get in and pay and have socks took over 30 min. During that time my child disappeared into the facility and I could not find him. I would recommend that there be a gate so parents don’t lose their children while at the counter. Also the staff needs to remember that not everyone knowns what the options are and give people info at the counter, like whether they need to purchase socks and whether they even need to pay to jump. We had no idea that we had the option not to jump… POOR service but great family place. Do your research and talk to people who have been there before going!

Well, I inadvertently paid for time in Fairbanks instead of Anchorage, so paid again so granddaughter can jump and run and have fun. I hope to get reimbursed. But baby girl has a blast here!

This place has become one of my favorite perks of being an Alaska Club member. I use to HATE this place but because Jamie (The Manager) has made this place SAFE and extremely CLEAN. I no longer think twice about bringing my daughter to teen night and my younger kids to enjoy Fly trampoline. The real MVP is Jamie!!!!!! I love that lady and she is extremely the best management I have seen around here.

This place was too busy and I’m sure past the fire code. They only had 2 (young adults/could have been teenagers) working the front and one older gentleman working one small area in the back. They didn’t have any “safety personnel” on the floor for the almost two hours I was there with my two children. We left early because the older children were cussing, jumping from area to area across walk ways and almost hit an elderly grandmother walking behind her small child. The smaller kids were throwing all the foam blocks out of the play area and actually getting on the side railing and jumping off. The place was a mess and not clean and looked as if hadn’t been cleaned all day. Please see pictures. Will not return and do not recommend.
