Fly Trampoline Park

It's a great facility that is clean and the trampoline/jumping aspect of it is great. I am very unimpressed with the arcade. For 1, it sucks having to either throw money away for your kids to do it, OR have to constantly be trying to avoid it. 2nd, if you do decide to try it out, about 50% of the games are not working- except there are no signs to indicate this and they will still a lot of times eat your money.

Been coming here since 2020 with my boys, decent place to go to kill an hour so, so they can jump other than that it’s got a lot of issues, currently they have 7 games not working or broken in some form or another, multiple times we’ve come here and the food court is never open. Even if it’s not open you’ll be charged a $50 outside food service fee if you bring in your own. Limited seating for the parents or families while the littles play. Decent place for the winter but save yourself and just buy a trampoline for your home lol.

It’s changed a lot. Not as parent friendly with no tables up front to work at where you can keep an eye on the front entrance. No monthly membership option and don’t expect to go in and purchase the annual one. After standing in line we got to the front and were informed memberships are only available for purchase online (nothing I could see on the website to clue you in on that tidbit). After getting out of line to purchase the membership we went back through the line again (it was long) to find out our waiver had expired three days before (no email heads up). The one saving grace is they have an awesome manager and after leaving the line to go fill out the waiver she expedited us through the line. Really not as excited about this place as I used to be…

My grandson 💙 has had 2 birthdays here so far. His dad rents upstairs, and the pizza, drinks, and cupcake service is impeccable. The kids had so much fun bouncing around, and then we played games. I do wish they'd mark games that aren't working properly so you don't waste your card credits. It's really a great way to take stress out of having a party and just enjoying each other. I would recommend it. If it seems expensive to rent the upstairs, save up over the course of a year, it'll be no problem. Best Birthday Wishes 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊

I have been a member of this trampoline park for about two years. We loved this place after it opened because it was clean and the management was amazing. We would show up and everyone knew our kids and called them by name. There was always enjoyable and attentive staff on the floor. I am currently so sad hearted to see this place no longer close to what it used to be. We went about a month ago and I made some comments to management about cleanliness of the place and that I spent and lost 10$ on games that were broken. She was receptive to me. We stay away for a while and finally went back yesterday 08 Aug21. I was so compelled to take pictures because we were the first customer of the morning. The place was so dirty, trash in both bathrooms were full and I couldn't even keep up with all of the ducktap quick fix and forget it issues. All of this means not only are you doing bare minimum.... Your doing NOTHING. Over 10 of the games were broken and no way to know this until my money was sunk into it. There was one teenager working on the floor and all she did the whole 1 1/2 we were there was stand in the corner and looked so unhappy with her job. We are done with this place..... So wish it could have stayed awesome.
