I just can’t recommend them. To avoid backlash I will just keep it at that. I would say for the money it would be best to just pay for private training and play class athlete or a league at xl soccer in winter park. I don’t feel like they take player development as job #1.

24/25 season cost us $1800 registration + $489 for the kit + $516 for tournaments. August to December 2024, we had four games total. January - April was mostly tournaments that we paid extra for. Our coach was new to club soccer and never even played soccer! He had no guidance from the club on the field, which he definitely needed. That was evident in our losing streak. He physically could not run drills or show the kids the skills they needed to be working on. He never debriefed parents after games. Sometime in February, he finally said he should've been including the parents more in conversations. The team moral was very low and he blamed the parents. Hearing from other teams within FKK, I knew kids were being evaluated throughout the season and the coaches were talking to the player and their parents but this never happened on our team, despite reaching out to upper management. All they said is that this should be happening. Our coach also quit at the beginning of May, before our season was done. No transition was initiated by the club! We had to ask what we should do since we paid for May but have no coach! In January, our son signed up with his old rec team because the quality was just so poor at FKK. $100 for rec got us a volunteer coach who had previous soccer experience. He taught plays, he gave feedback to parents and kids, coached from the sidelines, and took our kids to the finals of the league's tournament. $2805 for FKK club to play on a losing team due to an inexperienced coach with no guidance. NEVER AGAIN.

I wouldn't feel right if I didn't leave a review for this "Soccer club". I honestly never leave reviews for anything or anyone. Very sorry so long... Now, just to be fair, we only experienced the tryout which only cost $25.00. The tryout was 4 days long 1.5 hours per day which sounds great for $25.00 right! I really didn't care if my kid got a nod to play for them or not, but we have been with the same club since he was 4 and I wanted to see how he would stack up against other kids in another club. He is currently in U9. By the way, we are with Class Athlete, which is much better and more affordable if anyone is looking. They have their problems, but nothing like FKK. Here's the rub.... For the first 3 days the coaches stood in the middle of the 2 fields the kids were playing on, barely paying attention. Based on interactions we saw and what kids were left after day #1, they had already chosen the kids on their top tier teams before the tryouts even started. The "Tryouts" if you want to call them that, were a free for all, no rules, hammer fest, none stop scrimmage. Several smaller kids got ran over by the much larger ones. It would take the coaches minutes to finally see that a kid was hurt. Based on what I saw, they are not looking for skills necessarily here, just who can take and give the most punishment and keep going. The "Coaches" would just keep saying Keep playing. The kids that were taught to be ball hogs or are just naturally that way, I'm sure loved it since the kids with passing skills would give it up and never see the ball again. The ones that "succeeded" right away were the kids that have played, are playing, or tried out for them in the past and knew what this was going to be like. Everyone else had to adjust, which took some kids a while (or not at all) that are used to, you know, rules and stuff like that. They NEVER ran a drill or skill test to see who could do what. I only kept going because we signed up and I don't want my kids to think they can quit just because it's different or hard. After we signed up for tryouts, I never received any other communications from them. They kept saying tell the parents to check their email. Nothing. The tryout just ended, so I was waiting for a yes or even a sorry he didn't make it this time email. Nothing. They moved the fields on us the last 2 days to 2 different locations. Nothing. It did just end, so I'll give it some time before I call and give them a piece of my mind....But I'm sure they won't answer or I won't get in contact with someone that it will matter to. In closing, based on my experience, a 1 star is pretty generous. Not saying they won't step up and actually coach the kids that do make the teams. BUT, (big but here) the tryout, in my humble opinion, is inefficient, ineffective, and not worth the 4 days of our time.

Our 2018-2015 girls played their 2015 team this morning. We expected to lose, since we had 6 and 7 year olds. What we did not anticipate was the krush team shoving our girls constantly. Two arm shoves and throwing our girls on the ground. Shoving our girls’ backs and knocking them down. Consistently. When some of our parents asked the ref to call some of these, the COACH of the girls team screamed to us “they’re 9 years old just let them play!” As their girls were laughing while we had a 7 year old on the ground crying. Absolutely inappropriate behavior from both their players and coach. And an appalling way to show that nothing with be changed or talked to, as the girls all walked off the field after laughing and joking with their coach. I wish I could share the videos of the shoving, and the coach yelling at us, but Google won’t let me. We need to do better and teach our young girls more than just winning is everything. That’s not how you raise kindness and compassionate humans.

The behavior of the players, parents & Coaches of this club is totally unacceptable and disrespectful towards other clubs. Like other reviewer already said, they have no sportsmanship. It's very sad to see how the kids on this club are guided by unprofessional coaches. Name calling other teams is unnecessary and uncalled for it. The club should take accountability of their actions, correct it in hopes that they get better and on the right path. Sad to see such a negative performance and atmopshere by their teams.
