Full-day gymnastics camp at the Flips gym on Wormans Mill Court in Frederick for children ages 6 and up. Camp runs 9am-4:30pm with optional extended day 7:30am-5:30pm ($55/week), and tuition is about $300 per week. Each week pairs structured gymnastics instruction and open gym with field trips around Frederick, a swimming day, a movie theater outing, and themed games and crafts. The operator also runs a Mt. Airy location.

My 8 years old dancer was suggested to take gymnastics classes to help her build muscle and a strong core, since her schedule is so busy our only choice was private lessons which Flips offers thru coaches that will meet you there at your convenience. And that’s how we met Ms. Nathalie. My little one fell in love with her right away, she is the perfect combination of discipline and excitement and; who doesn’t want to have fun while learning? She is absolutely the best, I’m truly thankful we’ve found her.

Coach Angela, Coach Melissa, Ms. Kiersten, Ms. Yodaris, and Mr. Shiv have worked with my daughter since she was 6.5 years old! Not knowing much about gymnastics, I was nervous as a parent but all of the coaches made it great, fun, SAFE, encouraging, and easy to get into the swing of things as a parent of an athlete and for our young gymnast! Our second daughter has been enrolled since she was 18 months old! Shes in handstand minis with Ms. Natalie, Ms. Yodaris, and Mr. Shiv who are so patient with this wild and exciting bunch! They take time to teach them safe, fundamental gymnastics. I trust no one else in gymnastics than Flips coaches! They create a fun, safe, and exciting environment for gymnastics fun!
