Cons: There are limited handicap parking spaces, with three narrow walkways to enter the building, and no wheelchair button to open the door. (That I saw) After parking quite far away, I was fortunate enough to have someone walking out to hold the door for me. When I went in, I asked for a class at the guest counter, and was told it was upstairs in the "conference room". I asked if there was an elevator. The person behind the counter was talking to another employee on the outer side of the counter. The employee behind the counter told me there was no elevator, the other employee told me that there was one but it was one of those slow wheelchair ones and that it was a further walk than going up the stairs. So I took my cane and I walked up the stairs and I looked around and there were ZERO signs pointing to where any rooms were. I took a chance and went down some more steps and found a kids care room and then eventually the small conference room with the class I was attending. The descent back down was difficult. Luckily, someone was leaving and was able to assist with the door. Pros: Same person behind the counter told me to have a nice day as I was leaving. The CPR class was great. (Even though the dolls were dirty and had missing limbs.) There was some really rad stained glass designs!

I’m not sure how to communicate with someone who can actually make a change at either location so I figured writing a review might get someone’s attention… I have tried bringing my concerns to a manager who tells me they’ll talk to someone/facilities/etc and then nothing changes unfortunately. What finally pushed me to write this was a horrible smelling shampoo dispenser in the showers that was filled with mold (see picture). Im concerned for the safety of myself, my partner, other adults, and children who share here with all the mold that is at these locations. I’m sad to say when I was told facilities would be notified about the moldy shampoo, I was not convinced that would happen. The steam rooms are full of mold on the ceilings and the saunas leave your towel with a brown substance all over them. My partner says that he smells the soap every time he washes his hands to check for mold. We both have paid good money to attend these locations for the facilities and amenities, but we can’t truly enjoy them when they aren’t maintained and cleaned. I have worked at many gyms before and know what it takes to keep them clean. It’s not happening here and I’m not sure what else to do. If you’re not going to clean or fix things, don’t tell your customers that you will.

Had a pretty awesome experience at this gym. Got a great workout in. Tons of equipment and space. Sauna was at premium heat level, jacuzzi, indoor pool. Well worth the $20 day pass. Staff was considerate and helpful as well.

This is a fully equipped, beautiful clean gym in Flagstaff. Special mentioned to Kevin at the front desk- he was so gracious and wonderful when I originally called about a day pass earlier in the day and even better in person! I also saw him interacting with several members and he is just joyful.
