Powered by GoogleOn multiple occasions I have been spoken to like I am dumb when entering the aquaplex. I have a 5 year old and we can only do about 30/40 minutes in the pool before she gets too cold because it is not heated and the indoor area is rather cold. As a result we usually show up about 30/45 minutes before toddler swim closes for the day to get the most of our experience and have an easy exit as toddlers especially mine can be hard with transitions if it’s me making that decision versus the pool closing and us needing to leave. We have been doing this for the last three weeks and some change from Monday until Saturday when toddler open swim is available. Multiple times when I have come in I am greeted with “open swim isn’t until 12:45” in a rude and demeaning tone. I work in customer service as a bartender you can be nice to people and tell them things without a tone. Today when we came in once again the staff was rude to us. Telling me I needed to look on the website and asking why I didn’t. There was no signs advertising in the last three weeks that toddler swim would be transitioning times in June so as a result we showed up at our regular time today because yesterday we were out of town. Instead of “oh I’m so sorry for the confusion” I was once again treated like an idiot that doesn’t know how to use my 70+ membership a month. I get it checking the website is important for swim times, but if you were going consistently for three weeks and then the times changed would you not be shocked there was no warning or sign saying this was going to be a thing and then to be met with “well why didn’t you check the website” I didn’t check because we’ve been coming for three weeks and I didn’t know times were changing and I don’t know a single person that daily would check a website like that to ensure the open swim they had been going to for weeks had changed. To add to my frustration last week I reserved two lanes on Thursday and Friday only to receive an email on wed stating my reservations were canceled after I took the time to call and get a lane which as you know fill up fast. I am unimpressed with your customer service abilities and the way staff speaks to guest. If I am paying 70+ dollars a month to use a pool there needs to be a nicer tone at the front desk. I’d also advise you to ensure your staff if nice to members why be a member if I am being talked to like that by front desk people. Another note lap swim can only be reserved a week in advanced despite calling and checking in the day I want a week in advanced all the lap lanes are taken before 8am. I highly suggest changing the call time to reserve laps to 9am in order to allow those who work overnight and sometimes need to sleep in a chance to call and reserve something before every person up at 6am that calls reserves them, there are time periods you can call on open swim reservations I think lap lanes needs the same restrictions as well. On top of this at my lap swim on Friday you all double booked lane one for an hour and a half hour time slot causing the person in the lane next to me to stop her swimming early in order to accommodate for your short comings and double booking. Do better and train your staff on customer service. 70+ a month to use a pool with a membership is expensive and your staff doesn’t seem to understand customer service voices
While traveling from Phoenix to Flagstaff, I stopped at Aquaplex to take a shower and was extremely pleased with my experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable, welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize Megg for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made a great impression. The shower facilities were excellent—the water was hot, everything was clean, and I was able to relax without being disturbed. After a long day of traveling, it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Aquaplex to anyone looking for a clean facility, quality amenities, and exceptional customer service. Thank you to Megg and the entire staff for making my visit such a positive experience.

Love it! Pool was warm. Shower is nice. Need more plug outlets in lobby, but anyone can sit there without a membership. Staff are kind and helpful.
Positively delightful! We had a great time rock climbing and whipping down the two slides at the pool! Hot tub was nice too.
