Mia, Taylor, Mikey, Joe, Patrick... the coaches at FSA/Washington Premier are all wonderful!! They are all on the same page in terms of philosophy, which is to provide each player the tools to grow confident in their game, no matter the level of the player. From brand new to D1 recruits, Mia and her crew are teaching these kids not only how to play ball, but how to be a leader, teammate, and overall confident athlete.

Coach Mia has elevated my standards for academy basketball astronomically. I visited the FSA website to review her credentials and was impressed, but watching her in person blew me away. Her basketball IQ and general knowledge of the game has improved my skill set in ways that I can't imagine at any other academy, and it's very clear that she has NCAA experience, as her professionalism was the highlight of my experience. AND still she manages to maintain energy throughout the sessions and maximizes the fun aspect of the game!

Confidence is key at FSA and Mia encourages it above everything! Working with and observing Mia as a coach has truly made me realize how much she believes in her athletes. The amount of encouragement and uplifting words she gives, and the patience she has when working with athletes of all ages is beyond impressive. I've realized that my confidence has grown in all aspects of life as I get closer and closer with Mia and FSA. I believe there's a lot of essential things happening at FSA, but I think that the level of confidence she instills in her players is the most important.

I love and enjoy basketball, and FSA has taken that to the next level!! I've been to a couple training camps with them and developed my basketball IQ and knowledge, but had the most fun I've had at any camp before. Coach Mia is SO FUN!! And she always keeps an energetic vibe going through her players during their training sessions. I would HIGHLY recommend attending a session at FSA to experience just how fun basketball can be.

Coach Mia is rare! She has the mastery of techniques, basketball knowledge and the ability to teach it. Coach somehow makes the training and practices fun. Her credentials are top-notch. She is a former pro player, NCAA division 1 recruiter who knows women’s basketball and the people in it. The players love her and she communicates during the game in a way that inspires the players, as opposed to coaches I've seen shame and ineffectively scream. My daughter has been with Coach Mia for 3 years and is on the 8th grade going into high school team. Tip: follow fsa_washington_premier on Instagram for training and team try out information. Another review said it so well "She holds players accountable to excellence while teaching the game at advanced levels and still managing to coach with a heart of gold! Northwest is blessed to have Mia Fisher!"
