His teachers, Ms. Julia and Ms. Natasha, are absolutely amazing—very kind, patient, and always attentive to the children’s needs. I have seen so many positive behavioral changes in my son. I want to say a big, huge THANK YOU to all the staff who work at First Children's Academy. Before we came to this daycare, we changed a few daycares and it was not the best experience. Two of my kids were finally happy in the morning and do not want to go home in the evening. We just recently had a New Year's party at the First Children's Academy, and it was wonderful. Beautiful concert, delicious food, cooked by 2 ladies working in the kitchen, magic decorations, professional performance. As I mentioned above, we changed a little daycare and nowhere else have I seen such a high level of service.

Based on what I personally witnessed, First Children’s Academy is deeply unsafe and completely unprofessional. The entire place feels like it’s being held together by pressure and fear rather than proper management or care. I observed behavior that made me genuinely concerned for children’s safety, including what appeared to be physical handling that crossed serious lines. On top of that, staff conduct was unacceptable—teachers vaping on-site and kitchen staff smoking while preparing food. That alone should be a deal-breaker for any parent. This is not a nurturing or stable environment. It feels chaotic, poorly run, and one incident away from disaster. Parents should think very carefully before trusting this facility with their children
