Extremely poor management and zero responsibility I booked a volleyball court well in advance and planned everything carefully for that day. When we arrived, we were told that our court had already been rented to someone else. No warning. No solution. Just “sorry.” The manager claimed they sent an email saying the reservation was canceled, but we NEVER received any email — not in the inbox, not in spam, nowhere. If we had received even one message telling us not to go, we wouldn’t have wasted our entire day. They didn’t offer any solution, no reschedule, no discount, no compensation — nothing. Just the same excuse over and over again. To make it worse, customer service said it was our fault because we “should have called,” even though we never got any email telling us not to go. That response is unacceptable. I invited 8 people to play. This wasn’t only my time that was wasted, but the time of eight other people too. It was embarrassing to show up and tell everyone that the place messed up our reservation. We looked bad because of their mistake. On top of that, there was no transportation available to go somewhere else because everything had already been planned around this time and schedule. So we were stuck. The whole day was ruined. We lost over 4 hours because of their system error and total lack of customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all. They do not respect your time, your plans, or your group. Very disappointing.

so, my son belongs to a travel soccer team. We have him enrolled in the winter season and all games are scheduled at centercourt. Now keep in mind we pay the league who in turn reserves our games for the cost that centercourt charges, not sure of that amount, just what we pay the league for the season. Regardless we pay for this. Today my Wife shows up for my son's game and there is absolutely no parking anywhere, not at the facility itself and nowhere else close nor convenient. She shared with me that she had to park at a liquor store and cross a busy road with my 12 year old son and my 8 year old daughter. That's just unacceptable. That is wrong considering we pay them to play at their facility that there's not enough parking available and it's unsafe. DO BETTER!

I love their ninja warrior facility! This is one of my favorite places to ninja! The staff are super friendly and helpful and they have so many obstacles to play on! I always come back to this gym and I highly recorecommend them!

Great spot for indoor soccer, too bad they haven't realized that yet. Only doing other sports. We did have a great birthday party there.
