It wasn’t because there was anything wrong with the previous club administrators or coaches. Rather, our daughter felt ignored by many of her teammates. She wanted to enjoy the social aspect of being on a team too. We found Evolution and wow, what a difference a year makes! The staff and coaches of Evolution are top-notch, the club has moved into regional and national-level play, and, best of all, there is a culture of welcoming all players there. You can never completely remove cliques and such from kids’ sports teams, but you can do things to encourage kids to remove it themselves. Our daughter has improved by leaps and bounds over the past year and is competing in a highly selective high school program now. That’s our experience with Evolution—nothing but welcoming people/players and fantastic, competitive soccer. Your kid will thrive here if you and he or she are focused on the things that matter!
