We been apart of 2 allstar gyms, one being D1 and now Empire as a D2. First let’s talk facility- there’s, ample parking, newer facility, it’s large, it’s clean and allows for comfortable parent viewing. Pricing is great- you truly get your bang for your buck with empire- they work on tumbling, stunting, offer privates, build in skills in your cheer fee without nickel and diming every half hour. They could charge a lot more for what they offer- but the major difference between them and our other gym is- they truly understand their parent group, how expensive the sport Generally is and really just try to make it as affordable as possible. Then there’s the growing booster club that is so welcoming and inclusive of everyone and isn’t just solely dependent upon you selling things, which’s aides to the overall affordability. Lastly coach’s- the coach’s are present, persistent, fun, encouraging and really do their best to make the sport as fun and inclusive as they can. I listen to other parents complain at times about coachs and it usually boils down to the parent being unrealistic or unreasonable- wanting their kid coddled. Sports are about pushing through adversity and developing character. Perseverance. Coddling your kid every step of the way doesn’t help…it’s usually the parent making the sport unfun for the kid or causing a rift. If you’re looking for a fun, clean, inviting gym this is the spot. If you’re looking for a “all attention on my and mine spot” maybe not so much…

This place is a scam. After you cancel, they keep billing you. No matter how many times you call and email to tell them it's canceled, they keep billing you

We thought about switching to Empire, and initially, it seemed great. They were responsive to my questions and the gym looked impressive compared to WC. But after a few pre-evaluation classes, it was clear this wasn’t the right fit. When I asked for a refund for future sessions, I was ignored. I gave it another shot since I had already paid, but the classes felt more like a tumbling class for little kids. The skilled coaches were with the older teams, leaving the level 1 group with assistants who didn’t know what they were doing. During one session, my daughter was spotted wrong and fell on her head! They just handed her an ice pack and didn’t even check on her. When I tried to take her to the bathroom in the other gym, the owner yelled at me for going in, ignoring that my daughter was hurt and needed help. That was the last straw! I asked for a refund again, but nothing happened. The rude treatment and lack of care were just too much for us.

My daughter just started here and LOVES it. They were nice enough to let her try out the class first. Wonderful establishment with a nice place for parents to watch.
