While it’s great to have facilities such as this available for our young athletes, they are not cheap to rent and for this reason, basic amenities should be provided. Four times now we show up and it’s the same issues. The floors throughout the facility including the bathrooms seem like they haven’t been swept or mopped in one or more months. The bathroom walls, floor, toilet, sink, and stench are absolutely horrendous. Within the first couple hours every time, the toilet paper/paper towels/soap are all depleted with no extra supply which I learned the first two times after being here so I now bring additional everything which I purchase myself. There is no staff/custodian available to check on the bathrooms during your rental. The gym floors are a major safety hazard due to being extremely slippery and during a game a large piece of metal fell off one of the hoops. It’s completely unacceptable.

It’s disappointing to see the condition of a facility that serves so many children and families. While there is a $15 entry fee, the basketball court and surrounding areas appear to lack proper maintenance. There are exposed nails overhead and insulation falling from the ceiling, which raises legitimate safety concerns. The health and well-being of children should always be a top priority. Additionally, the restrooms did not have hand soap available, which is a basic and essential standard for hygiene. I strongly encourage management to address these issues promptly to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and properly maintained for the families who support it.

It felt, and was, crowded -- many people standing around watching, as well as waiting to play and watch games. Not enough chairs. Very expensive admission- $12+tax for seniors! Parking was free, but not easy because of the volume of people and access to a nearby parking lot blocked off. Had to walk up stairs to gyms -- didn't see an accessible ramp.

This place is disgusting. As a basketball court, it is a joke. The court is pieced together. Each court is different size and different lighting. The fans space is so tight that there is not space on the sidelines. There are dead spots in the floor. There is equipment on the sidelines creating a safety concern for players. We have never been offered ice or any assistance for player injures. There are sad excuses for padding on some of the posts around the building. Just waiting for some kid to be seriously injured. Setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Speaking of safety, there is only one entrance or exit to this place. Every time we have been here the stairs have been wet. AND they only have stairs to enter the facility. So, hopefully no handicapped people or elderly would like to attend. With there only being one exit, I am sure every tournament they host is a fire safety violation. The facilities for families is gross. The toilets do not appear to ever have been cleaned. Toilet paper is consistently missing. There is no place to change a diaper or if you need feminine products. Too bad for you. The trash cans are overflowing even for early games. We have been the first game and they don’t open up early enough for the kids to warm up. The staff here spend all their time on their phones. When there are a million things that need to be done to care for this facility. If you can avoid this place, do your self a favor and drive past.
