We were introduced to EG3 from Coach Ryan about 6months ago, and in just that little time, I see I great improvement in my son from all the training with Coach Ryan and Coach Evan. They push their athletes to their potential, instill discipline, mental toughness, and teamwork. Coach Evan and Coach Ryan are supportive, consistent, and patient with the atlethes, as well as ensuring players develop both athletically and personally while building resilience and a love for the game. Emphasizes core skills, not just complex plays, helping the players build a strong foundation. They teach fundamentals, tactics, and life skills, not just winning, they have a clear plan for growth, and building confidence in each and every athlete. Coach Evan and Coach Ryan work with them as a team and one on one training and development. EG3 teaches them Basketball IQ, by teaching them the "why" behind plays and improves the players game understanding. Coach Evan and Coach Ryan shows a genuine fire for the game. They make the players feel capable and encourages them to believe in themselves. They're organized, passionate, and motivated to see each player succeed, by bringing so much energy to the ccourt each and every practice. EG3 has been a great fit for my son by far, by challenging and improving beyond my sons' current limits.
