I've been going for over a year, and this place is amazing, especially if you have little kids. I needed a gym where my preschoolers could be watched, and the Playcare here is INCREDIBLE. The workers/teachers there are absolutely amazing, with crafts and care and playing with them in the play structures, I have made multiple out-of-facility friendships with them, and I could not ask for better care. The fitness classes are also great, and if anybody else has been thinking about trying to workout to improve mental health not just physical, yes, it does work, way better than you think.

I came here for the fall into fitness event, and I can say that I had an amazing time. Over three people stopped and talk to me on their own about fitness and classes. It was such a welcoming environment. They have an ice rink, pools, a huge workout floor, classes, a snack area and even a kid area to drop your child off! This place is definitely amazing.

Bench doors need maintenance on Rink 2. I might like it better if I didn't have such a long drive to get here for me, but location isn't necessarily a disqualifier. Decent ice.

great facilities! Was on the phone with Peg, and she is incredibly rude and condescending! If you have any questions, i would recommend you find somebody else to ask, or go in person! She was rude, and spoke down to me when I had a question about the refund process.

We always enjoy attending the high school swim meets held at the Eden Prairie community center. The spectator bleachers are comfortable and allow for easy viewing of all the swimmers and divers. The score board is easy to view and works reliably (can't say that about several high schools in the region!). Parking is usually ample and close enough to the entrance. As long as you go in the correct entrance door it is quick and easy to access the pool, which is greatly appreciated when arriving as a guest to a location you might not be familiar with. The only thing I'd suggest as an improvement would be to put signage outside the closest entrance door to help people who haven't been there before.
